My name is Dave Thut. I am an orthopedic surgeon at Seacoast Orthopedics in Somersworth and Lee, NH. We are a Wentworth Health Partners practice and a subsidiary of Mass General Brigham. I perform surgery at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, and at the Wentworth Surgery Center.

I am a sports medicine specialist and an Assistant Team Physician for the University of New Hampshire Wildcats. My practice focus is on treatment of problems in the knee and shoulder, ranging from minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery to knee replacements. The goal of this website is to introduce you to my team and to offer in depth education about the knee and shoulder as it relates to the most common maladies I see. My hope is that if you review this information ahead of the visit, we will be able to make the most of our time and answer your questions thoroughly.
